Potter Brompton

Potter Brompton is a village 11 miles east of Malton and 10 miles south west of Scarborough.


It is a pleasant small village which lies on the southern side of the A64T York to Scarborough road and is linear in form stretching southward from this road.


It lies on the northern foothills of the Yorkshire Wolds.


To the A64 frontage, there is a farm shop and bakery.

The rest of the village is made up of attractive housing with a variety of build types and finishes incuding appealing white cottages.  There is a grassed verge in front of the line of development adding to the appeal.


The road becomes a no through road serving private dwellings.
